Use of Service

You may use our website and services for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

SMS / Text Messaging Program — Required Disclosures

Program description: SamJak Media operates an SMS messaging program for prospects and clients. Subscribers receive demo follow-up, audit notifications, appointment reminders, and service updates related to AI-powered marketing services.

How users opt in:

• Submitting a form on samjak.ai or demo.samjak.ai with phone number
• Verbal/written consent during a sales call
• Replying YES to a confirmation message

Sample messages:

• “Hi {name}, this is SamJak. Your AI demo is ready: {link}. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.”
• “Reminder: your demo with SamJak is at 2 PM tomorrow. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• “Your marketing audit is complete. View it here: {link}. Msg&data rates apply.”

Message frequency: Up to 10 messages per month.

Charges: Message and data rates may apply, billed by your mobile carrier. SamJak Media does not charge for SMS.

Opt-out keyword: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages.

Help keyword: Reply HELP for support information.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Demo & Audit Services

Demo pages and audits we generate are for the named business only. We retain the right to use anonymized aggregate data to improve our service.

Limitation of Liability

SamJak Media's services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. SMS opt-out via STOP terminates the messaging program immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
