SMS / Text Messaging Program

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from SamJak Media. Opt-in occurs when you provide your phone number through one of these channels:

• Submitting a demo request, audit request, or contact form on samjak.ai or demo.samjak.ai
• Verbally or in writing during a sales conversation
• Replying to one of our messages with "YES" or similar consent

Message types you may receive:

• Demo follow-up
• Audit ready notifications
• Appointment reminders
• Account and service updates

Message frequency: You may receive up to 10 messages per month, depending on engagement.

Costs:Message and data rates may apply. SamJak Media does not charge for SMS; however, your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive a confirmation and no further messages.

No sharing of mobile data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us deliver the service (e.g., Twilio for SMS, Vapi for voice), bound by confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information when required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your information as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
